Ipamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that is a true HGH secretagogue. It works to promote the secretion of natural growth hormone and initiates a positive response in the Ghrelin receptor, which is important in the healthy regulation of appetite and food intake.
This peptide works to develop muscle mass and decrease fat stores. While similar GH secretagogues like GHRP 6 stimulate appetite and release cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin and aldosterone, Ipamorelin does not. Standard dosing:
Inject 12.5 units subcutaneously daily, 5 days out of 7. For instructions on how to administer a subcutaneous injection see here.
It is best administered at night before bed on an empty stomach, or early morning at least an hour before eating.
